International Applicants 

Graduate Teaching Assistantship

Graduate Teaching Assistantships are available to students who have held good academic standing in undergraduate level and intend to study towards a Master’s degree at the World University of Bangladesh (WUB).

Eligibility:

Edexcel/GCSE/Cambridge International Exams/ Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework 5A’s in Ordinary Levels; 3A’s in AS Level; 2A’s in Advanced Level.

Furthermore, the other category of students such as students in financial needs, artists, disabled persons, husband/wife/siblings, and females are eligible to access into this scholarship.

Criteria for Maintenance of the Funding:

Candidates who secure this grant must demonstrate good academic standing and not fail in any of the courses offered in the semesters.

The procedure for application for an assistantship can be only made once sought admission and the student has completed a semester in the University. The selection criteria requires making a formal application to the head of the academic department. Additional criteria for the award of an assistantship may include, but are not limited to undergraduate grade-point average, standardized test scores, past experience or training in teaching, interest in the field of study, letters of recommendation, and/or personal interview.
