The WUB offers 3 semesters in a year which is Spring, Summer & Fall and these semesters generally begins in January, May & September respectively.

WUB does not have different application procedure for overseas applicants. Therefore, overseas students needed to apply in the similar approach as local students do.

Candidates should have minimum 2nd Division or GPA of 2.50 in SSC & HSC separately or total GPA of 6.00 with minimum GPA of 2.00 either in SSC or in HSC or total GPA of 5.00 in SSC & HSC for wards of the freedom fighters or minimum 5`O Level, 2` A Level courses or eligible GED holders or equivalent with a total of 12 years of education. Diploma holders are also admitted with waiver of courses.

The transfer of credits from an educational institution with a system similar to WUB may be considered after admission. Such applicants need to apply together with significant documents and are subject to credit transfer rules of WUB.

At this moment WUB do not offer any online degree programs.

The prospective applicants who have passed from overseas educational institution need to forward the attested or verified copies of previous academic documents from their Institute/ respective Foreign Ministry & Equivalence Certificate from Secondary & Higher Secondary Education Board, Dhaka.

Yes, WUB offers some programs in evening shift for the undergraduate students.

All the classes of postgraduate programs are held in the evening shift. Furthermore, there is weekend program available for MBA students.

Currently, the WUB have hostel facilities only for the female candidates and the applicants who are coming from overseas as well.
